First Time Home Buyer Friendly Inspections
As your home inspector, I'm here to guide you through the important tasks that come with owning a home. A typical home has more than 10,000 parts. What happens when all the parts work together in the most desired, optimal way? You're rewarded with a house that is durable, comfortable, healthy, and energy-efficient.
Move-In Certified Inspections
These inspections benefit sellers, buyers, and agents alike. A Move-In Certified inspection report can be used as a marketing tool to help sell the home, both at an open house and online, where the report is hosted and can be accessed by buyers. It benefits buyers as the inspection has already been completed and paid for by the seller, any defects have already been identified ahead of time giving you the option to waive your inspection contingency and streamline the sales process.
